Well as you probally know there are not many Serbs left in that region after the war. The government took the archives with them when they left, so you could try the Serbian Orthodox Church to see if they have something left. I dont know if you had other family there?

SpectatorYou should contact the archives of Montenegro in Podgorica. The surname is not mentioned in the documentation I have here. So there is a possiblity that the spelling is not correct and that there is a -lj or that the -v is a -b.
You can try looking in the Siebmacher collection. But I must warn you. The archives are not microfilmed so you would need to look through it manually and chances are the people there would like to be paid for it. Either way, you should try to find the person who came from Montenegro and send that info to the archives.
