Hi,

Your family would be German of descent, also better known as DonauSchwaben. Serbs refer to them as Schwaben for that matter. They are basicly Germans who migrated throughout Serbia and the rest of Europe.

THe best to do would be to write to the archives of Novi Sad (see link page), you have full names and dates of birth so it wouldn’t be too hard. Also there is a link on the Donauschwaben community on the link page you might want to check out.

The member page update has started. From the dull white page, a integrated page will be created. We already succesfully updated our CMS without problems, and the forums will be updated soon again as well.

As for your names in Celtic, which dialect? There are a lot of them. But the names Patrick, Shawn and yours are commonly used in Ireland for that metter.
